Design and interface
This is a classical game with a very traditional design not only for BetSoft table games but for the genre in general. The roulette on the upper part of the screen, the table underneath it, and the control bar. Nothing excessive that would distract you from the process. In the background, there`s chill music that only adds up to the atmosphere. But if you don`t like it you can always press Mute.
As for the interface let`s look at it from the top down. On the left side of the roulette, we have a history window where you can see what numbers won on the previous rounds so that you can count your chances on the next one. This is a very useful feature if you are using winning strategies.
And the limits are listed below that window. The minimal bet for the round is 5 credits and the maximal is 500 credits. And for the individual bets, the minimum is 0,25 because there`s no smaller chip in the game, and the maximum depends on the number or a combo you`re betting on. It can be from 25 to 300 credits.
On the table, there`s a grid of numbers just like in a real-life version. You can place bets by clicking the numbers on the table. And if you want to make a bet on a combination just click on the lines between the numbers. The combo that you`ll be betting on will light up so that you can see all the numbers in it. There are only classical bets so you won`t see a racetrack with additional combos like in some other versions from BetSoft or other providers.
After you make a bet the buttons will appear:
- Undo will take off the last chip that you`ve placed on the table.
- Clear will take off all the bets.
- Spin will set off the roulette.
- Double will double up all the bets that are placed at the moment.
And at the very bottom of the screen, we have a panel where you can change the value of the chips, open up an info tab, and turn off the music. Also here you can see your balance and what amount of chips you are betting.
Advantages and special features
The main advantage of the European roulette is that it has only 37 numbers as opposed to the American version with 38. So that means that you`ll have slightly better chances of winning.
Another thing that we should mention is that this is a Hamburg version. That means if the ball falls on Zero, you`ll get half of any bet that was placed on the 1:1 ratio (Red/Black, Even/Odd, High/Low).
BetSoft created a great game that will be fun not only for rookies but also for professionals who want to unwind. To play European roulette you don`t have to download anything or register anywhere. BetSoft has a demo mode in almost all of its products where you can try the game out for free.
This is a very useful feature for beginners. You can sharpen your gambling skills or try out some new strategies without actually risking your money. Just open up the official BetSoft website or look up the European Roulette in the casino where you usually play.
